Amazon lead forms allow you to generate leads from potential customers who are browsing the Amazon platform. With Driftrock, you can capture these leads in real time, validate them for quality, and send them to your CRM system. This helps automate your lead flow, increase response time, and make sure only the best quality leads are sent to your sales teams. You can also use Driftrock tools to track Amazon leads to sale and understand how conversion rate compares to your other lead sources.
Step 1) Create an Amazon capture within your Driftrock account
Step 2) Give your capture a name
Step 3) Create a new API key for Amazon and ensure this is selected
Step 4) Enter your Amazon form Landing Page ID (you can find this in the URL of your Amazon form). At this stage you'll also see Webhook and Secret Key information which will need to be entered into Amazon at a later stage.
Step 5) Head to Amazon Leads Manager and select CRM profiles
Step 6) Create a new CRM profile
Step 7) Select Custom CRM, name this profile Driftrock, and enter the Webhook and Secret Key details which you created in Driftrock in step 4. Click submit.
Step 8) Ensure your profile is set to Active, then complete a test lead in Driftrock
Step 9) Once you have completed your test lead, head back to Driftrock and check this has been received. Once this has been received, you'll be able to move onto the mapping stage and complete your capture build. Once you have completed your capture, all future Amazon leads will come into your Driftrock account and can be sent on to your CRM system or endpoint.
