Generating leads organically through your Instagram Profile

You can use your Instagram Profile to generate leads organically. Meta hasn’t rolled out this feature to everyone yet! To check if you have this feature:

• Log in to your Instagram account
• Click on the “Edit Profile” button 

• Next click on “Action Buttons”

• After clicking on “Action Buttons”, you will be able to select a button to add a lead form by clicking "Add a Lead Form"

• Next, you can select an existing lead form or create a new one

How to download and manage Instagram Profile Lead Form leads

The lead forms attached to your Instagram profile action buttons are stored in the same place you’ll find other Meta Instant forms. You can download these leads as a CSV. 

Send Instagram leads to your CRM or email system

Alternatively, you can use Driftrock to automatically send leads from your Action Button lead forms to your CRM or email system.
